The system 7.5.3 software is here as a self-mounting image

ftp://ftp.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_
American/Macintosh/System/Older_System/System_7.5_Version_7.5.3/

To boot the computer, you'll need to use the 7.5 Network Access Startup
Disk... Version 1.5.1, I think.

ftp://ftp.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_
American/Macintosh/Networking-Communications/Network_Software_Installer/

After looking around Apple's maze-like FTP site, my search for a disk tools
floppy came up dry. If you have another Mac, you can make a bootable startup
disk using the 7.5.3 installer.
