The downloadable one is a 40MB disk image.  Not individual floppies.  And
I'm pretty sure it's *only* an installer.  Been a while since I used it,
but I don't think there's a "Make Disk Tools Floppy" script in there like
there is with most others.

There *is* one with the 7.5.5 Update, but I don't think it's as universal
as 7.5.3 itself is.
