Probably true, though ClarisWorks/AppleWorks remains much more 
compatible across versions than does MS Word (for one). I doubt that CW4 
would present much in the way of incompatibility, for most users, 
either -- so it's still a reasonable choice, especially if that's all 
the li'l rascals of fortune proffer.
