I get an error message when trying to install 3.0 from the CD - it tells me to increase the AOL Installer's memory allocation, which of course I cannot do, since it's on the CD. If I try to copy the installer to the hard drive, I get a disk error. Oh well, I'll just have to wait until the ethernet card for the Performa arrives, so I can connect to my iBook and use the installer that a fellow lister so kindly sent me. (I burned a CD with this installer on it, but the Performa won't read that CD.) :P > Of course, others will urge your mother-in-law to ditch AOL and use iCab or > something, but not me ....
