50Mhz rated 030s certainly existed - but as for which speed were used in which 
accelerators, I can't say. I have a
CSA 12-gauge accelerator (50Mhz 68030) for an Amiga 1200 that's no longer alive, and 
the CPU itself has the big 50
stamped on it.
