In order to make a part run faster, you have to modify the board.  Simply
plugging in a CPU that can run at 33 MHz doesn't make it do so; it's sort of
like putting a flywheel that can run at 15000 RPM in your car - just replacing
the flywheel won't make the engine do 15000 RPM :)
