Thanks! Well, when the machine boots the screen saver comes on right after boot up and the password is initialized. There is no chance of even configuring the screen saver (or anything else for that matter ;-)). It's now in the trash
So... clue me in on this Mac stuff. Where's my equivalent to the Windows File Explorer? When I install programs, is the "exe" what I see? When I delete programs, is there nothing ele to delete (i.e. DLLs, registry entries etc) ? I also have "folders" (i.e. Applications, Utilities) with an "f" (lowercase) following those folder names. What's that mean? Maybe I should ask, is there a decent "Windows to Mac" online tutorial for System 7.1? I also have 7.5.3, any recomendations as to how to install it? The software has been downloaded to my PC, and there's no serial, or network connections between the computers. Thanks in advance.
