I think I am going to give up on this one...
You should at least try reseating the graphics card.
Had an old Radius card way back, that required holding the "t" key down to configure to the monitor and the Mac.
Don't know if there's an obscure key combo for a RasterOps too. Might be needed if it's been sitting with a dead battery for a while.
As for extensions, I didn't need any for my 19 inch RasterOps with the original RasterOps NuBus card attached to my Q800 running 7.5.3.
BTW, bought an adapter when I moved on to my beige G, and am now running the ancient RasterOps from an EasyColor 1600/16 PCI card. System 9.2.1, still no extensions needed.
