Oh, but if that should be removed, the Active one should too.

Then there's just the BGP_Start event for Idle left - and I'd still rather have an explicit FSM event, raised via the existing FSM infrastructure (so it gets logged as per others, when enabled) if that should still stay.

Otherwise, the fix is to nuke that fsm_nht_update function, and revert the ancillary supporting changes?
