Hi Jim
Yes, to tow a bigger trailer you need to take another test if you
passed your driving test after 1 Jan 97. Apparently it's a lot like
your normal test but with a big trailer on the back.
Don't forget that you are also limited to driving a vehicle with a
maximum weight of 3500kg, so hiring a car transporter may be a problem
as well!
