Hi Mat,
Having done some research and spoken to people more experienced
with these carbs than I am, your set up sounds pretty good. It looks like
mine has been set for track use where light throttle isn't important. It's
fantastic when you give it the gun, really impressive acceleration and the
noise is sublime but splutters at light throttle, so no good in traffic. I
also have 36mm chokes, which i think are the largest you can have.
I'll speak to Anthony at Fast road Cars on Monday and see what he advises.
the jets are on a couple of pounds each, so I'll probably get a selection to
allow some fine tuning.
If you are thinking of fitting your set, you won't be dissapointed.
