I have a mk5 escort servo and master cylinder, with cougar 280mm discs
up front clamped with xr4x4 pistons on fiesta slider mounts, pads are std
erst. At the rear I have cossie 4x4 vented 280mm rear discs with
renault/Peugeot alloy calipers , pads are std R5 GTT.the hubs to mount
the discs are made from the original drums with the drum bit machined
off.the hubs are fitted with studs(from sierra I think).
Had to fab some plates to mount the calipers as eddie did, have got the
patterns for them somewhere.oh and I DON'T have a brake G valve fitted.
The master cylinder setup is described in the members section on club
site, pictures of the disc setup are on google group files

All the above are on a coupe but apply equally to the 2+2

Hi Arnie, I also have a 2+2 turbo. I have upgraded the brakes with the
following mods, Mondeo servo and master cylinder, Willwood 4 pot
calipers and ford focus 258 x 22 vented dics on the front and a fiesta
centre disc brake conversion with vented mondeo discs at the rear. I
have also fitted a brake bias control valve on the rear brakes to
avoid the rear wheels locking up before the front ones. Not a cheap
set of options but fantastic braking compared to the original brakes I
used when i built the car. I did have to fabricate various spacers and
mounting plates to line all the parts up correctly but definatley well
worth it for me.

Regards Eddie
