I have always used Castrol GTX. 10-40 I think. Never had any oil problems. Coincidentally, mine has started doing the same after fitting the DCNFs but the oil definately needs changed, so I'll be doing that first. Go for a good quality oil but not a really high spec synthetic for modern cars. I dont think the hyrdraulic tappets like it. As a matter of interest, what oil do other people use?
