I can't see a problem with reusing the same cam belt as long as it's 
still running in the same direction.
Just take a note of the tension it has now and re do it to the same 
tension as it will have settled a bit from new.

Bare in mind that the standard ecu may not be entirely happy with the 
new cams, especially if they are a high spec.
The current engine in my Mondeo came with sport cams and a gas flowed 
head and now has a much rougher idle and tendency to stall on hot starts.
All of the injection and ignition system is standard and off the old 
engine so i'm pretty sure theres no faults causing it.
Oh, it also does 5mpg less and doesn't feel greatly faster.
I think it needs a correctly mapped ecu to take advantage of it.
