Martin,

28 millamps for about 36 hours is one amp hour. ( 1 / 0.028 = 35.7 )

So for each amp hour lost from the battery a day and a half.

Similar to the loss across the top of a damp battery.

Just my 2p

Subject: [Quantum Owners] Battery Drain

Hi All,

I've found that the LED on my immobiliser drains 28mA - I'd like to know
how far a battery can be drained before it could be a problem starting (cant
find anything on the 'net). I realise the ambient temp will make a
difference, but just wanted to get an idea of how long could be critical.
Battery has 40Ah capacity. From my calculation 14 days would put it down to
25A. Martin
