Ok, Thought it was well overdue for an update.
Not much to report yet, previous weekend 12th-13th Dec Dad was rushed into Hospital with severe stomach pains (turned out to be gall stones) So didn't get much time on the H4 but did replace the fuel regulator and heated the spark plugs on the gas hob and put them back as hot as I could handle, but it still seems to have had little effect. This weekend I had planned to double check the injector wiring as the bores still have plenty!! of fuel in them, but as I read the diagram I would need to have a fault to earth on all four of the cables to be holding the injectors open? Suspect ECU ? that is all by the by as we are currently under 8" or 150mm in new money of snow as I suspect 3/4 of the country is. I will get back onto "Beryl" the yelow peril as she is now known once it has thawed out. Thanks for reading these ramblings. And unless I manage to squeeze any more time in on Beryl before the end of the week may I wish you All a happy Christmas and a Great New Year.
