Fairly good result, I failed on a dozen things first time, so as far as I am concerned you've done very well ! You'll be there soon.
Might be helpful- I was also picked up on the stamped in number not being on the offside of the vehicle .... despite there being a VIN plate there and it clearly on the nearside. Also - I think the cable for the handbrake is a bit of an issue, I was very careful soldering mine on following the manual, and it too broke - albeit in a garage doing a pre IVA check. My solution was a double up of both a re-solder and a physical clamp (using a cut down bit of electrical chocolate block) - this has held so far. I don't know if there is a 'proper' tool for making the end off, but this would be helpful.
