Hi Ian, Ooh so close. Don't be downheartened. Should be a doddle to fix. >From memory my handbrake cable is secured with an inch long half inch AF hexagonal steel bar with a hole down the middle big enough for two cables to pass through (down and back), and has 2 M5 threaded holes each with a M5x8 cap screw in which clamp the cable inside. Has held so far. Not sure if that's what came in the kit or I made it myself.
Is it S3-059 your IVAing? If so that must be one of the longest builds in history! My S3-090 was SVA'd in 2005, and I took 2 years in building it. Sadly it will be for sale at Stoneleigh. Just tidying it up a bit in preparation. Hope you're up and running and we'll see yours there too.
