It was an option when you specified the kit purchase. As I remember it if you were planning on having a towbar you had to state it when ordering and as a result they added additional brackets/captive nuts into various chassis members to take the towbar mountings. I seem to recall it was a modified production car towbar (Montego seems to ring a bell but maybe totally wrong). May make post fitting a bit difficult. Cheers Allan
