The door glass should have a stop of some sort.
This may either be just a nut and long bolt through the inner door panel, a bracket bolted to the door panel or a nut/bolt or screw through the top of the window runner if it's electric.

The track may be that wheels of a different offset have been used (normally 35mm offset on a Mk2 Fiesta) though it does always look a little narrow on the 2+2, i've got 5mm spacers behind my wheels on the rear.

Camber isn't adjustable on the 2+2 and as it's solid beam axle it's not affected by the ride height either so if it is out it's because the axle is bent (not uncommon).

There are 2 versions of the rear springs on the 2+2, the earlier cars (till 200 and something) needed longer Quantum specific springs and extensions on the shocks.
If you've an early car then fitting normal Fiesta springs will lower it.
The later cars took standard Fiesta springs but these were recommend to be from the lower spec cars, not the XR2 as these were too low and too stiff. If you lower your car as much as mine (standard xr2 springs rear on a early 2+2) is you will find that the engine cross member, exhaust and possible the fuel tank (not good) will hit on speed bumps.

Hi All, Is there a simple way to adjust the height of the windows in
the doors? the passenger side is going up a few mm too high and is
catching the window frame.

Also, the rear of the car is too high, the rear track looks a little
too narrow and the wheels look to have positive camber (I think, look
as though they are tucking under)
I'm assuming it has standard XR2 springs and could do with something a
little softer and/or shorter? Anyone changed this or am I barking up
the wrong tree?
