Hello Mark,
The rear springs on the 2+2 are from a 1.1. Softer and shorter.
Window hight can be set from inside the door. The hight can be limited by a
bolt.
Cant remember / exactly tell you witch bolt so. . . .
But I had to adjust in the past when building myne
Have no idea about the track/tucking under

Subject: [Quantum Owners] Door window height adjust and rear suspension
Hi All, Is there a simple way to adjust the height of the windows in
the doors? the passenger side is going up a few mm too high and is
catching the window frame.
Also, the rear of the car is too high, the rear track looks a little
too narrow and the wheels look to have positive camber (I think, look
as though they are tucking under)
I'm assuming it has standard XR2 springs and could do with something a
little softer and/or shorter? Anyone changed this or am I barking up
the wrong tree?
Mark
