regarding the slow / stuck windows mine was the same, i removed the
motor gearbox in the end and lubed it with thin oil to soften the old
grease that had hardened over time and caused it to slow down, though
it could be the runners out of line which mine were also, there are 3
in total, the front which forms part of the frame surround, the rear
one at the back of the door and glass and the middle one that moves
the glass up and down, if all 3 are not exactly in line when viewed
from behind or the side they will resist movement, trust me ive spent
days arsing about with them, its hard to explain too but pulling the
door card off will make things clearer and studying what is in front
of you, i used trial and error basically, slackening off threaded
studs and pushing the runners in - out - side to side while operating
the window to see what makes a difference, keep in mind the general
geometry of the glass needs to be preserved so you still seal at the
roof top etc.
