Okay, Update on this mornings gas strut post. I've measured up one of my struts and compared the numbers with the product pages on the company's web site.
They are a pair of GasStrut Engineering's 6 - 15 Gas Struts Stroke is 150mm, Extended Length is 340mm End fittings are both Steel Ball Joint Type PC (with M8 Threads) The 125N shown on my struts is most likely 125 Newtons which falls in the lower half of the range for these struts This would make ordering code / part number 6-15-150-340-PC-PC-125N according to the example on the product page www.gasstrutengineering.co.uk/index.php?page=products&pid=2 Other measurements are also shown on this page.
