Thanks guys, changed it yesterday, the sizes I gave are correct, bought the 
seal made from viton from a seal and bearing supplier for £9.95, uncle ford 
wanted £19.95 + vat. Changed it in situ, no problem although I am always 
concerned the first time I turn the key when the cam belt has been disturbed. 
Hopefully now no leaks to take to stoneliegh.
