I am not sure how the fiesta hubs are put together, but if it is anything like the Sierra ones, where you have a hub and a disk that is mounted over the top of that, it is possible that the hub has sort dirt/rust on this mating face which is causing any disk put on there so have a slight wobble.
Try stripping off the disk and use a dial guage to see if the hub is running true.
