Subject: [Quantum Owners] Balancing a drive shaft
Does anyone know if there is a problem (e.g. with the MOT or legal) if you
balance a drive shaft yourself with screw clips and weights?
Wheels are well balanced on a testing machine and yet there is steering and
body shake at 65mph. Checks seem to indicate the driveshaft on the off
side. I was thinking of trying a DIY balance to diagnose or possible cure
it.
