I also thought it was a fiesta (title!). If it is a fiesta the Ford number is 5015545 or A86SX 2C9008 AA for 1Lt bottles. If it's a type 9 the consensus is 75/90 GL4 not 5. GL4 is semi-synthetic, GL5 is Synthetic and the additives will (apparently) ensure the synchro hubs don't grip enough to work. My type 9 took 1.9L Martin

I think you will need around 3.5 litres, only fill it to the height of the filler hole (or strictly speaking a bit lower on later boxes).
