I forgot to ask what you folk may advise re shocks. I'm happy to retain my springs and certainly don't want to lower suspension (especially as car may be heavier than before) but do Spax etc adjustable shocks really make a worthwhile difference? I found heated windscreen for my project too as Mk4 dash vents didn't work too well before. Car is only really going to used for commuting so batteries should get me to work and back a few times before recharging at either end!
