it started with a cvh engine then we went through a few of those due to 
user error. the car was getting run down so we took it off the road and 
totally rebuilt it and just put the 1l ovh engine that was in the mk2 
fiesta we used as a rebuild doner car. now ive managed to get a cvh for the 
better power. 

i will have a look and see if i can get hold of a cast on i think there is 
a old escort with a 1400 cvh in at my local scrap yard in chesterfied. if 
not its an ebay part.
