I haven't heard of this problem, Is anyone else seeing this (you can reply privately to avoid flooding the list.) I don't use digest mode so I haven't seen the problem, but we should get that cleared up if digest mode isn't working. On the online archive, the attachment links seem to go to links such as http://lists.apple.com/attachments/binRandomstring000.bin
I have also clicked on what I thought was a .qtx file to download a play with, but instead got a .bin file. Don't known what to do with that.
We looked into this, and it appears to be a "security" feature of the open source maillist software we use. We live in strange times when making something impossible to use means it is more secure.
