Some time back there was discussion about using Salt to produce different Qubes flavours. I think this is still on the roadmap somewhere. The fact is that some users like selecting a qube, and then the application, and it seems a natural way to work. I dont. But it's good to have a variety of approaches. Simple Qubes with custom menus seems to me to be the best way to have a wider uptake - anything to work against the idea that Qubes is only for nerds using the command line - "linux greybeards" was the somewhat sexist phrase I think. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qubes-users" group.
