See the changes I made in that link to those two files, and copy and paste them into your own source files manually. If you don't trust the blob I provided (and you shouldn't!) perform the following steps to verify it: Executing the following on a Debian Stretch install: dd skip=5284 iflag=skip_bytes if=/lib/firmware/amd-ucode/microcode_amd_fam15h.bin of=amd.bin xxd -i amd.bin Then copying and pasting.
