Sounds the same as mine, albeit a different date and time.

I had wondered about an internal reset, Kasper, but when speaking with 
Garmin I asked whether there was anything I could do like that ad they 
said "no".  Had it been out of guarantee, it would have been a different 
matter, though.  How do you crack the unit open without damaging the case?

I've never updated the firmware, having only recently discovered that 
firmware updates were available.  I have recently downloaded the V3.20 
updater ready for when I get my unit back.
