Hi Steve,
The Sales/Billing Department can't make any Data changes. If the data looks
incorrect, you can send a message to Tech Support ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) to see if
it's a problem with your database or not. If it is, they'll let you know how it
can be fixed. If it isn't a problem within your specific database, they'll
forward your email to our programmers for a correction. If you have other data
inquiries or requests such as adding data, then you can send an email to either
department and we'll forward it to the programmers.
Best Regards,
Jodi

This looks very nice Gary, quite an improvement over the older one! Looking
forwrd to seeing the complete product. I have a couple of quick questions:

  1. Will funds be included?

  2. Is it still possible to make requests for new indices? I can understand
if they can't be added, but I have made a couple of requests to support and
on this group and have never gotten any response, don't even know if the
  requests were received or considered.

  3. I have reported that most of the bars for the Nikkei 225 ( !TSNKI ) do
not contain complete OHLC data, but again never got a reply. The problem
  still exists.

Should things like 2 and 3 above be sent to Tech Support or Customer
  Support? Thank you!

  Steve
