Hi
> 1. As mentioned..I see no way to type in a ticker symbol
If no chart is displayed, click the New File button in the menu bar
If a chart is already displayed, the space bar will bring up the symbol window
2. I did not see any capacity for Mutual funds listed..though I
assume you already know this.
Yes it's coming
3. Did not see any indicators..I assume you know this. Perhaps you
can expand the list of indicators from the version 2 charts.
Chart -> Add Indicator, this will bring up the indicator selection box, there
are many more indicators now.
4. I didn't see any way to say how many days of data you want to see
which is available in old program
No - right now ust the zoom menu:
As to what to add...it would be nice to be able to program
indicators that show buy/sell signals overlayed in the chart. Long
ago (over a decade ago)..I had a program called Windows on
Wallstreet that enabled this and it is very useful. I would assume
you plan to add this with the back testing capability.
Yes - right now you can add them manually, click Drawing tools - Add buy/sell
object.

The current scan language will be replaced, the current chart and scan code is
not maintainable, you will be able to do everything you do now, and much more.

Yes, the Excel code will stay.
One of the reasons that everything is changing is in preparation for a native
64 bit system. Everything needs to be rewritten
Best regards,
Gary Lyben
Hello..I just downloaded the program which looks good..noticed 2

I assume that the Excel capability will remain because I will have
lots of problems if it is not as my whole analysis process is geared
to it.
