Okays sorry guys I thought there were only 128 controllers for GM. After all 128 is the number for everything else, reverb, chorus, volume, program, other controller values, and controllers just seemed to fit.
You are right, there are only 128 controllers, but the Tools in QWS can often work with program changes, aftertouch, pitch bends and tempo, so I just used the next numbers so you can deal with them.
If you look in the manual in the reference section about MIDI controllers, I list a selection (by no mean all) of MIDI controllers. They are strictly MIDI.
