Dear all,

I am looking at a set of GLS models over a common set of trees, assuming
a common correlation structure (vcv matrix) across models. I have read
that R-squared is not a highly meaningful statistic in GLS. Is this the
case? Have any of you been calculating R-squared from the results of the
gls() function? I would be curious to hear what people think about this.

Thank you,
Andrew Hipp
