Dear all, Hello, I ran pgls analyses in caper and I would like to plot some of the relationships i found, but the command "plot(model)" only gives me the residuals vs fitted values, the Q-Q plot, density default, and observed vs fitted values. Is there a way to plot the relationship between predictor and dependent variables including the phylogeny from these analyses? If there is not, would be appropriate to use independent contrasts to plot such relationships? I know there is a paper saying that results of pgls and IC are similar, so I should be able to show the relationships by using IC... shouldn´t I?
