The latest version of geomorph is now up on the CRAN repository. Of interest to this list group are a set of analytical tools for performing various phylogenetic comparative methods on high-dimensional data (including shape). These tools include approaches for: phylomorphospace visualization comparing rates of multivariate evolution on phylogenies phylogenetic partial least squares phylogenetic signal (a multivariate version of Blomberg's Kappa) PGLS for high-dimensional data References for all approaches are found in the man pages, along with examples.
