Dear list users,
I am trying to do an analysis aiming at determining whether a sub-topology
is present in a big tree, for example, to see whether the topology
((a,b),c) is present in the tree (((a,b),c),d).
Is there any suggestion on how it could be done? Any help would be
appreciated a lot!
