Hi,
I am trying to run the Tajimas.test function from the r package 'Pegas' on a
small sample of 3 DNA sequences and I get this error:
Error in if (p < 0.5) 2 * p else 2 * (1 - p) : missing value where TRUE/FALSE
needed ?
Any ideas?
