Hi, I have been struggling to get the links drawing properly on largeish cophyloplot. I got the diagonal links to work on sample commands provided in help (using length=0) parameter.
But the same thing draws no horizontal lines, just vertical lines (see attached). Any idea how I can get the diagonal links drawn between leafs?
