Hi Julie.

This is not cophyloplot - but a different function that does something similar - however, I have now added the option of plotting scale bars to the function plot.cophylo in the phytools package. More details on how to use this are on my blog here: http://blog.phytools.org/2015/10/scale-bar-for-cophylo-plotting.html.

All the best, Liam

My plot is looking good, but I'm wondering if there is a way to add two scale
bars (one for each of the trees being compared) to the figure? (Or maybe I've
misinterpreted how cophyloplot is doing things and the branches can now be
compared by a single scale? Either way, I don't see a way to add the scale).
Many thanks.
