Dear all,

there are only a few remaining seats for our upcoming course, Landscape
Genomics, taking place from 20-24 January 2025 at the Faculty of Biology and
Environmental Protection, University of Lodz, Poland.

Workshop Overview
Landscape genomics explores how genetic diversity varies across space and how
environmental features shape this diversity through local adaptation. This
hands-on course will provide:
An introduction to landscape genomics and its applications.
Training in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to process environmental data.
Guidance on analyzing genetic variation, population structure, and local
adaptation using R and Sambada.
Insights into designing and interpreting landscape genomics experiments.
Who Should Attend?
This course is ideal for biologists, ecologists, geneticists, and veterinarians
interested in applying landscape genomics to studies in evolutionary biology
and conservation.
Teaching Format
The course includes 10 sessions combining theoretical insights with practical
exercises, guiding participants through a complete landscape genomics
experiment.

We look forward to seeing you in Poland!
Best regards,
Carlo
