I’ve spoken with Richard today and we’d like to outline a proposal for how
we can work together on delivering recorded courses supported by live Q&A
sessions. Using a 5-day course as an example (we can scale this
appropriately for shorter courses), here’s what we’re suggesting:

   - *Live Q&A sessions:* £100 per 1.5-hour session (1 per day) = *£500
   total*
   - *Use of your recorded materials:* £500 flat fee per course (covers IP
   and usage rights)
      - *Guaranteed minimum per course: £1,000*

In addition to the above:

   - *Royalty per participant:* 5% of the course fee (approx.£25 per
attendee for a 5 day course) based on 15, our class average = *£375*
   - *Recorded course royalty:* 5% on all sales of the recorded version

Royalties will be paid on a *quarterly* basis. Based on the example above,
your total earnings for a typical 5-day course would be around
*£1,375* upfront,
plus quarterly royalties from both live and recorded attendees. If averages
are met this would amount to around *£4,125 per year quarter*, not
including recorded course sales.

Let us know your thoughts — we’re keen to move forward with this setup if
it works for you.

Best wishes,

Oliver
