When you mean the morning download, I presume you mean after 9:30 am. I notice some people download before this time before the correct track conditions are posted and before scratchings are taken out. Apart from that, the morning download should be gospel. The only time when it may change is when there is a change in track conditions - in which case the change is posted here and it is just a matter of pressing one of F1-F4 on the field for the user to change it. OR when there is a late change in jockey. In this case, where this change has an impact on a top pick winner (whether promotion or demotion) it is posted here under the heading 'Ratings Change' (like for Tuesdays race). Even considering the above, there shouldn't be a difference of $40 in your divvy total and mine. That is quite a difference. That is why I suspect there may be something wrong with your database. > 2/ I take into account ALL races including the ones with heaps of 1st > starters On my webpage, the 1st set of stats eliminates races where more than 1/5th of the starters are 1st starters. The 2nd set includes ALL races, except those where there are less than 3 runners that have had a previous start. So the 2nd set eliminates only 1 or 2 races per month. The 2nd set of stats should tally with yours. The only other reason that I can think of for the difference apart from an error in your database is that you may have the settings incorrect. Make sure you have : Chart to Use = RaceBase Method to Use = Margins Use Jockey Ratings = Yes. If you suspect that there may be something wrong with your data, do a 'Whole Database Download'. That is also why I encourage people to check what they are getting with their predictions with mine.
