What's the worst place-only bet you've ever made on a winner?
Here's my entry in a competition I reckon I've got won from the get-go.
Last Thursday I put $5 on Ted Purdy, at $33, to finish in the top four at
the Byron Nelson. His win quote at the time was $200.
On Monday morning I switched on my TV just in time to see him four-under at
the 12th in his final round and hold on to win by one.
