#### Pretty sure Spring Rain (Roger James' good filly) was the offender when
it crossed the field immediately after leaving the barrier.
And you're right, it hasn't happened since . . . although it certainly
should have. In your all-up place comp I hit the front with a place bet on
Utrecht when it went down by a nose. I also backed the mare each-way and was
annoyed to read in the stipes report that the winner had interfered with her
at the start. The Vinaka case was obviously a one-off.
