I don't know about my worst place bet, but my best place bet was that
$1000 a place on Vinaka we had for our Pick 6 syndicate 3 or 4 years ago
on the money we had left over from our concession divvy.
It came fourth but some horse interferred with it down the back straight
(yes ... down the BACK straight) and it was promoted to third. First and
last time I have ever seen that happen.
