Thanks for all the help and patience! I am almost there. Now it seems to be sending the emails except they aren't going anywhere. I am succesfully connnecting to the gmail smtp but get a message stating: 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized Authentication Type. My auth type is set to :plain in environmen.rb. At the end of the action it claims to have sent my mail but I am still not receiving the "sent" mail nor am I being redirected...
